The shoes have our special soft Copenhagenshoes latex foam insoles that make them super soft and provide great comfort. They run slightly large in size, if you are between sizes 38 and 39, we recommend going down a size. Fit: The Ballerina style new Romance is not narrow in fit. It fits a regular foot.
